How will I know I'm getting the results I want?
Simply put, we hold you accountable to getting results. We check in every 90 days to see where you're at and if you're progressing the way you and we expect. If not, we adjust the plan to make sure you stay on track!

Do I have to be fit to join?
No. Our fitness program is what will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the program that is right for you. As you become more fit, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our workouts are designed for universal scalability, making them the perfect fit for any committed individual regardless of experience.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes! One or our biggest goals is to build community and lasting relationships. Our classes are small (limited to 10), social, and fun so you can get to know your fellow athletes while you workout!

What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a conditioning workout that was programmed for that specific day. Conditioning workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.
How often should I come?
We require at least 3x a week for you to see consistent progress. If you can't make a class you reserved then you may cancel the class and reschedule it for a later time or day. Life will get busy at times. Reschedule and get back in the next day. Practice consistency not perfection.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods?
You can enjoy special indulgences and meals. It’s a lifestyle, but it has to be manageable and realistic for the long-term. Luckily, the healthier you eat, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
