100ft Bear Crawl (35’s/25’s)

Small Goals (Idea stolen from CrossFit Costa Mesa)
As I continually contemplate the direction for our gym and our members one word keeps coming to mind – PURSUIT. I want both West Metro CrossFit and its members to be in a constant state of pursuit. In whatever we do we should strive to be better. This brings us to our newest feature at West Metro CrossFit – The Small Goals Board.
On the Small Goals board I want you to write a small goal that you want to be able to accomplish in the gym by the end of the month. Goals do not need to be lofty, they just need to be something to pursue. So whether your goal is to get your first double under or five unbroken pull-ups I want you to write it on the board and PURSUE IT! Posting your goal on the board makes it public and brings accountability from your peers. Use this as your motivation to be in constant PURSUIT!
