What about milk?

If you are aware of or follow the Paleo Diet at all you’ll know that for strict Paleo-ers milk is a no-no. But what about all we’ve heard about it’s healthy benefits: calcium, vitamins and other minerals that help strengthen our bones and loose weight?

The debate of whether milk is healthy for us actually extends beyond our own paleo non-paleo world and there are many health professionals on both sides of the argument.
