2) 18″ Line – Kick up to Free Handstand, extend to wall
3) 36″ Line – Kick up to Free Handstand, walk to wall
4) Freestanding Handstand Walk Practice

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
9 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
15 Handstand Push Ups
21 KB Swings (55/35)

– rest 2 minutes, repeat for a total of 3 cycles, pick up where you left off –
