10 Push Ups
– Partner 1 completes the AMRAP above while Partner 2 runs 400m. Partners switch once the 400m run in complete. Continue rotating until the 20 minutes is complete. Score is total number of reps completed in the AMRAP.
In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
50 Devil’s Press
200 Air Squats
