Deadlift x 5 reps* @ 5 lbs more than last time
200-ft KB Waiter Carry (perform 100-ft on one arm, then the other)
*Note: On the third set, perform an AMRAP with at least 5 reps. If this is your first time Deadlifting on our new cycle, start at 80%.
WOD
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes (4 sets each), complete:
Station 1 – 3 TNG Power Cleans (185/125)
Station 2 – 5 Strict HSPU’s
Station 3 – 7 Strict Pull Ups
