(I go, you go! Each partner does all the reps alternating)

50 Double Unders
40 Alternating DB Snatches (50/35)
30 Overhead Plate Lunges (45/35)
20 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

Note: Partner 1 performs 50 Double Unders, then partner 2 does the 50 DUs. Next, partner 1 does the 40 Alternating DB Snatches followed by partner 2, and so on.
