Conditioning

Complete as many reps as possible in 25 minutes of:
5-10-15-20-etc… Pull Ups
10-20-30-40-etc… Push Ups
15-30-45-60-etc… Air Squats

Note: Continue to add 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats to each round until time expires.

Strength

Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes, complete:
Odd – 30 sec Hollow Rock
Even – 30 sec Superman Rock
