1 Partner works at a time from column A.  Each partner must complete all reps from column A.  While 1 partner works on their movement from column A, 2nd partner performs the corresponding exercise from column B.  Do not advance to the next movement until both athletes have completed all of their reps, but you may switch out as often as needed.
