- Partner/Team WEEK – June 26th-July 1st!!!
- All week from the 26th to the 1st we will be doing partner and team WODs
- Invite friends all week to workout with you for FREE! Or just show up like normal and we’ll partner you up! Register yourself or your friends HERE!
- Schedule Updates
- Tuesday, July 4th – One class only at 9am
- Tuesday, July 4th’s Foundations will be held on Monday, July 3rd
- Beginning July 3rd the morning 8am and 9am classes will be combined into one class at 9am.
- 4th of July BBQ at Sol’s House/Amy’s (Gym Momma) B-day party!!!
- Starts at 3pm and goes till ???
- Beer, Burgers, and Hot Dogs provided
- Bring a side to share and any other food/drinks you want
WOD
In teams of 4-5, complete 3 rounds for time of:
400m Sled Pull
400m Partner Carry
For Sled Pull:
– P1 & P2 pull P3 on sled
– P4 carries a 55# KB
– optional P5 rests
– rotate positions in order as needed (P1–>P2–>P3..etc)
For Partner Carry:
– P1 & P2 carry P3 & P4
– optional P5 rests
– rotate as needed
