6 Alternating DB Snatches (50/35)
6 Burpees

B.
In teams of 3, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Strict Pull Ups
15 KB Swings (55/35)
Note: For both the A & B portion, team members will cycle through complete rounds with only one member working at a time.
