“Team Halloween”

In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
75 Box Jumps (20”)
50 Pull Ups
100 Thrusters (45)
50 Toes to Bar
75 Box Jumps (20”)

Note: Use a slamball as a pumpkin. A partner must be holding the pumpkin at all times. If the pumpkin is set down in any way both partners perform 10 Burpees before continuing the workout.
