Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes (8 sets), complete:
Back Squat x 3 reps – AHAP across
Superman & Hollow Flips x 5 reps each direction
In teams of 2, alternate complete cycles to complete as many rounds as possible in to minutes of:
Bear Complex (135/95)
(Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press)
Note: Cycles must be unbroken, movements may be combined.
