For time:
Accumulate 100 Burpees
1 minute work : 1 minute rest
*begin each working minute w/ a 20 sec Wall Sit and then perform as many Burpees as possible until the minute is up, rest a minute and repeat until all 100 Burpees are accomplished



20 min AMRAP of:
50 Jump Squats/Weighted Squats (double or single)
40 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
30 Double/Single Dumbbell Step-ups
