2-arm Single-leg RDL x 10 reps/leg
Front Rack KB Carry x 120-ft
Deep Squat Stretch x 30 sec minimum

WOD

In teams of 2, complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

Partner 1 – 10 Toes to Bar
Partner 2 – max reps Hang Squat Snatch (95/65)

Note: Score is total Hang Squat Snatch completed by the team, rotate each time an athlete finishes their Toes to Bar
