- Tuesday night from 4:30-7:00pm the developers of ROM-Aid will be in the gym to demo their wedges
- The ROM-Aid wedges are designed to help improve range of motion in the ankle improving squat position
- If you struggle to get into a strong squat position be here Tuesday night to check these out!

Every 2 minutes for 18 minutes (9 sets), increasing weight each set:
Minutes 1-3: Press x 5 reps
Minutes 4-6: Push Press x 3 reps
Minutes 7-9: Jerk x 1 rep
WOD
Complete as many reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
1 Rope Climb
5 Strict Handstand Push Ups
2 Rope Climbs
10 Strict Handstand Push Ups
3 Rope Climbs
15 Strict Handstand Push Ups
…etc
Note: Continue to add 1 Rope Climb and 5 Strict Handstand Push Ups to each round until time expires.
