In teams of 2, complete 20 rounds for time (alternating complete rounds) of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
20 Alternating Reverse Lunges
30 Double Unders

– While one partner performs their round non-working partner hold onto a KB Sumo-deadlift style (70/55)
– If the KB is dropped before your partner finishes their round, both must stop and perform 5 Burpees then resume where you left off



3 rounds of 45 sec on, 15 sec off:
– 30 sec rest between rounds –
