Note: Athlete 1 starts on the bike and goes for 21 cals. As soon as athlete 1 completes the cals on the bike, athlete 2 performs 21 cals on the bike while athlete 1 continues to the Devil’s Press. Both athletes complete the entire workout, but no athlete can pass another or be working on the same movement at the same time.
