– 3 reps @ 63%
– 3 reps @ 72%
– 3+ reps @ 81%

Notes: “+” means dig deep and do more reps if you can. Barbell cycling is ok as long as form is maintained. If needed, go from the floor.

WOD

In teams of 2, with only 1 partner working at a time, complete the following for time:
120 Deadlifts (155/105)
90 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)
60 Push Jerks (155/105)

In teams of 2, complete 16 rounds for time of:
8 Wall Ball Shots
8 DB Power Cleans
8 Single-arm Thrusters (4 left / 4 right)

Note: Partner 1 Rows 500m while Partner 2 does as many rounds as possible of the workout. When Partner 1 finishes the row switch and Partner 1 picks up where partner 2 left off.
