Every 8 minutes for 3 sets, complete:
30-ft Fat-rope Sled Pull (BW)
30-ft Sled Push (BW)
120-ft Plate Pinch Carry (35s/25s)
Stretch Rope Back Out

Notes: Treat this as an obstacle course. Begin with the Sled Pull, wrap the rope up and place it on the sled then immediately push the sled back to the start line using the tall handles, then pick up the plates and do the plate pinch carry, end by stretching the rope back out as it was at the start.
