Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes (5 sets), complete:
Deadlift x 5 reps – increase load each set
Alternating DB Hammer Curls x 16 reps
Banded Triceps Pulldown x 20 reps
Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
Power Clean (135/95)
Handstand Push Ups
