12 minutes to work up to a heavy Turkish Get Up on each side

Finisher

“Run the Rack” Push Up Finisher

1) Set J-hooks at lowest setting you can perform at least 6 Push Ups on a barbell at and performa a max set of Push Ups in good form

2) Once form breaks down, move bar to higher position on rack and immediately perform another max set in good form

3) Once form breaks down, move bar to higher position on rack and immediately perform a final max set in good form
